Job Description
Assist the directorate in the development of investigation procedures and conduct investigations of individual complaints
Ensure implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of the directorate/department
Ensure in conducting a thorough, objective investigation of complaints, reach sound neutral conclusions based on investigation results
Document and communicate the results of the investigation to complainants and healthcare providers.
Responsible for the maintenance of record investigations of complaints
Conduct investigations in an open and impartial manner with complainants from a broad spectrum of diverse communities, and exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential issues and situations
