- Liaising and coordinating with colleagues, vendors, suppliers and partners
- Supporting team i, arranging various types of printed material

- Managing the production of materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters
- Conduct outdoor surveys
- Rigorous follow-up with designers and printers to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs
- Ensuring timely distribution of promotional materials
- Strictly follow the advertising schedule
- Sourcing opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications
- Representing in events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Evaluating marketing campaigns and submitting analytics
- Monitoring and reporting competitor activities
