  • Responsible for monthly corporate services bills verification & their payment processing
  • Sales team expense checking & their payment / adjustment processing
  • Housekeeping & Floor Management i.e. Janitorial Staff, Mess, Cleaning & Safety, Building & Equipment etc.
  • Responsible for conducting monthly company’s vehicles inspection and preparation of report
  • Maintaining installments ledger on monthly basis i.e. Vehicles & Mobile installments ledgers.
  • Responsible for handling Government Relations i.e. PESSI, EOBI etc. related matters i.e. Issuance of cards, Marriage Grant, Education Cess, Retirement/Pension cases & responsible for handling different cases as on need basis
  • Purchasing of Raw Food Items for mess & General Items on need basis
  • Issue Gate Inward/Outward Passes and verification of Gate Registers
  • Vendor Management
